Cupid's Kiss

A delicious Valentine-themed treat for your sweetheart! 

• 4 fresh raspberries (muddled)⁠

• 45mL your favourite gin

• 15mL Marionette Liqueur Groiselle⁠

• 30mL The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub⁠ Syrup

• 15mL lemon juice ⁠

Muddle raspberries and add other ingredients, shake and double strain into a glass; & garnish with edible flowers. ⁠

Sparkling Rhubarb

Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water.  Adjust to taste.  Serve with ice and a sprig of mint.

30ml The Curious Cabinet Rhubarb Shrub Syrup

3 drops Bob’s Abbots Bitters

1 mint sprig

Shake with ice. Strain into coupe glass. Serve.
