Free* Shipping in Australia for orders over AUD $150

We offer free* shipping Australia-wide for retail orders over $150 AUD, except for the following circumstances:

Oversized, Fragile or Heavy items

A handful of oversized items (eg large ceramics), fragile items (eg glassware) or heavy items (hampers), or orders over 2.5kg attract additional shipping fees. 

3) Sales Promotions

Sale Promotions are excluded from 'free shipping' (eg. 50% Off Stocktake Sale) and include a small flat rate shipping fee, to help offset the heavy discounts on offer.

For orders under $150 a flat shipping fee of $15 applies within Australia, excluding any criteria as listed above.

Worldwide Shipping

For standard shipping via Australia Post, the following are an indication of potential shipping fees*:

• Standard international 0 - 0.5kg (6-27 business days) $30.00 AUD
• Standard international 0.5 - 1kg (6-27 business days) $40.00 AUD
• Standard international 1kg - 2kg (6-27 business days) $65.00 AUD

International Duties & Taxes
For customers outside of Australia - additional duties and/or import taxes may apply to your order upon arrival into your country, depending on your local country tax and customs laws.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
